Symptoms


We were not able to see "Application K2" in the ribbon bar.
 

Diagnoses


The button "Application K2" in the ribbon is displayed according Sharepoint group setting.
 

Resolution

To access to the K2 application ribbon button, the user need to be member of :
A - At least one of groups selected in part "Solution Designers" of the Site Content/K2 Blackpearl for Sharepoint of the Site Collection/Configure K2 Permissions
B - A group that have at least the Permission Level "Edit" (You can check it on "Site Setting/Site Permission").
Note: it could be the same Group selected in the part A.

After manage groups don't forget to do Site Content/K2 Blackpearl for Sharepoint of the Site Collection/Synchronize Groups

ore other, all users needs to have read access to the App Catalogue site.

Note: when clicking on K2 application, If you have the warning "Let us know why you need access to this site.": it's that you not set the read permission to the app catalogue.
