Followed this guide to the letter

However, my second dropdown never shows any values, no matter what I select in the first drop down.

Did anyone else have this issue and determine why?

thanks

What version of forms are you using? How are your columns set up?

Hi Cassy,

Forms v2.9.2.0

Two lists:

-Cities

-Locations

Cities List:

-Title (contains name of a city)

Locations List:

-Title (contains name of a location)

-City (lookup column to Cities list)

And how are they in your main list? Or are they not connected to main list at all?

If by main list we mean the list where we are storing the form and the form data, it is not connected to main list at all.

Do you mind sharing the screen shot for the setting of the second dropdownlist

Hi Sojan,

I'd be happy to!

Drop down works fine when no filter is applied, the minute I apply a filter (even if i select "show all values" under the last option) it still shows no values?

Oddly, we don't have the same issue on another web app, it works fine.

I too had these kind of issues, what i did was to delete the control and set it up again. Most of the time it worked.

I have no idea why it is happening , have you updated your nintex recently. The way the value returned are different for different version like 2.9.0.0 and 2.9.3.0
