can't found nintex workflow 2010 in the features

Hi Mohammad,

This sounds like deployment issue. Could you please make sure Nintex WSPs are deployed to your problematic web application. You can check this via Central Administration->System Settings->Solution Management and click on Nintex workflow WSPs and see if it is deployed to problematic web application.

Its deployed. But the strange, the workflows is working normally.

Are you talking about Nintex worklfow feature listed in site collection/site features? Are you missing these features?

Please do an IIS reset and timer service restart and make sure the deployment is healthy. Missing features for SharePoint usually  is related to deployment.
