Diagnoses
When I go to edit a workflow associated with a list in SharePoint the following error is recieved:
Error: [GetLoggedInUserName]:[GetLoggedInUserEntity]:[GetLoggedInUserEntity]:Operation is not valid due to the current state of the object.

Resolution
We attempted to re-activate K2 on the site collection, and ran into a permissions issue involving the SPWebService account with regard to the database, after ensuring that the account had the appropriate permissions, the issue was resolved.
