Symptoms

When going to the SharePoint QA site containing the form, the form never loads. The load image displays and keeps spinning. There are two other web parts on the page that have K2 forms in them and they display correctly. The K2 Worklist, Processes, Management Worklist and Instances Summary all display correctly. When opening K2 designer and click on the Design Time URL or the Runtime URL the form displays and works correctly. When remoting into the QA K2 server, the SharePoint site (IE displays correctly.

It is SharePoint 2010 on-prem and using IE 11.

Resolution

Due to running an older version of K2 (4.6.5) IE11 would not display correctly because it is not compatible. Will need to consider upgrading the environment with 4.6.9 or higher.
