I'm on O365, the app is already added to several sites, it does not show up as a app available to add to new sites, forms does though. In the main site settings, it's telling me to renew/recover the license, when I try that the storefront tells me that it can't aquire the app. Any idea of what I need to do?

The application was originally installed using an "...onmicrosoft.com" domain named user, we were working with our domain "...@nescorentals.com" - the site only "obeyed" orders form the "onmicrosoft.com" domained folks and would not work for us - we deleted the app and re-added it using from an ID using a @nescorentals.com address - and now it likes us
