can not open k2 workspace with a 404 error | Community

Hello,there!

I'm trying to open the k2 workspace on my server.But it cames out a 404 error.

I have searched the internet and find one solution.It is to open the log file and find the detail information of the 404 error.

For example ,,YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS W3SVCXXXX XX.XX.XX.XX GET /Workspace/default.aspx - 80 DomainUser XX.XX.XX.X long-client-description-entry-here 404 2 1260]

I did as the blog said,but I cannot find log file.My server is windows server 2012.

Anyone who knows about where the log file is?

Thank you for your advice.I just check the iis manager.And at the authentication property,I made the anonymous login active.

Now I can open the k2 workspace.
