Can not get the value from one of the K2 Group

Hi There,
We have a Role in our K2 Testing Env, which is called MOC Coordinator. After I add in a few users to the group, we can not read the members out from the group by using User Role Manager.Get Role Users. Could you please urgent support. it stops user to sign off the UAT for the K2 upgrade.

Resolution



Found that the User entries in Identity Cache were not getting "Enabled" when the ID Cache refreshes causing Roles and Groups to not reflect their Membership correctly at Runtime . We modified some of the User Manager domain settings in Workspace . Set Resolve Nested Groups and Ignore Foreign Principals to false . After this the Enabled for Users changed to 1 and they started showing up in their respective Roles/Groups
