Scenario: Nintex form (we’re on hybrid env) the form on premise SharePoint 2013 env. Currently the form is in English and we want to explore Nintex doc gen to include data from that form into one of the 3 word templates (English, French, Dutch). On the form we would let the user select the language and base on that selection it would be pick that language template and data from the Nintex form should be in that language. Has anyone implemented Nintex document generation to putout data in different/ translate language.

Also we would be migrating the onpremise form to SharePoint Online. So we need Nintex document generation language translation to work in both environments.  If you have implemented similar language translation in Nintex doc gen, would love to get some insights and if anyone has how best to do this would welcome that as well.

Hi,

since you let people select the language in the form you could use that information as a condition in document generation.

You would need to create a template for each language and add all 3 to the document generation action.

For each document you define a condition by language. Basically only one template will be chosen as only one language will be selected.

Note: This will only work with the cloud based document generation action.

Does this help?

Best regards
