Yes it can. K2.net s sites and web services are merely additional sites on a web server. There is no problem with other sites residing on the same server.

As long as they are separate 'sites' (on different ports) than Sharepoint. I've run into problems trying to put the K2.Net virtual directories on a Sharepoint website. And this is even after excluding the K2 directories using stsadm.exe.
