well i want to ask if i install k2.net 2003 on diffrent physical machine and
sps 2003 on different , is this possible ? what are the issues , or configration required ? please help . Secondly is k2.net 2003 be ran on win 2000?

If you utilize the K2.net tasklist webpart on the SPS server, you will have to enable Kerberos authentication.

You should not have any trouble running K2.net 2003 on a Windows 2000 machine.
