Full disclosure here, I'm a bit rusty with BlackPearl, and am supporting colleagues on a project where I haven't and can't see the deployment. This can be treated as a yes or no question, and I believe the answer is yes: can a K2 workflow be used to execute a SQL command based on an event occurring (in this case an item in a SharePoint list being modified)?

I'm guessing you would need a SmartObject connected to your SQL DB, with read/view/write enabled, a SharePoint event, and then a SmartObject event executing the command?

Appreciate any help, apologize that it's not the most precise question
