Can the Flexi Task be accessed more than once and have the decision (approval/denial) changed.  Or do I have to assign a second Flexi Task to the approver?  My workflow is below.  As you can see there are three options for the approver.  When sent back for review, and the reviewer responds with Continue is where I need little advice. Change the state back to the Approver or assign another Flexi Task for the Approver?

Hi there,

Using a state machine is great for this.  Simply change state back to where you want the process to start over again at and let your workflow progress down the line.  We use this a lot when reviews (reconsidering) comes into play.  So just point it to the branch you want to execute again and the workflow will eventually wind its way back down to the flexitask where this time they can approve, reject, or review it again.  Think of it like a loop happy.png

Thanks,

Mike
