You can configure a rule on the button click event to navigate to a URL.

1. Open Form/View Rules

2. Add new rule

3. Select the "When a control on a Form/View raises an event" event and select the button

4. Move to actions and select the "Navigate to a URL" action

5. Configure the action and enter the URL in the Base URL field.
