Is there a toolkit or instructions anywhere for building templates for activities and events? I'm trying to wrap complex code in wizards and templates so that business users will still be able to manipulate the workflows.
Hi There,

Samples on how to create templates are available in the training material. This can also be downloaded from the training page in the partner & customer portal at:

Hi Olaf,

I have gone through the training material in search of this "how to create templates?"

I need to create a Process Template that is specific to our client. The template must basically prepopulate a number of process settings for each new process created with that template.

I cannot find a way to do this. I can create new event templates but process templates are not the same. Can you help? 🙂

Regards,
Gabor
I have managed to write my own Templates for Project and Process.
The only thing I could not get working is the custom icon for our custom process.

K2 seems to lift the icon from the dll when the template is added to the studio. We however deploy the corporate custom studio enviroment by overwriting the dlls and some registry entries after installing SP1. The icon checking therefore never happens. Not a big deal but it would be more flexible to lift the icon (getIcon method) from the dll on the studio startup as it would be more suitable for corporate deployment implementations IMHO. Cheers, G 😎
