Symptoms
K2 Designer Form Rules with “All” selected does not show all rules.
Diagnoses
Sent the ticket to labs as if you create a rule on Form level bound to a View, it doesn't show on the rule designer for all states. A UI bug has been logged for it.
Resolution
Client is using a workaround for her rules in order to see them and not have them disappear. She is making sure to remove the rules then re-add them once she updates her control.
