Symptoms

There's a bug in SmartForms when a list view is the parent view and you open a subview. If the close subview action is in the parent view, then a list refresh command action will not execute. You have to move the close subview so that it occurs within the subview in order to get a list refresh to work.
 

Diagnoses

The problem is surfacing because of the execution type of the rules.
 

Resolution

Customer changed the execution type to ‘then’ and the view closing action started working.
