The use of an int16 for UID in the GetUser function (line 249 in my version of the K2UserManager.vb file) causes problems retrieving User information for those users with an ID over 32k (we've linked the SQLUM to an existing larger table of users from a legacy system, and weren't seeing email addresses or descriptions for those users from within the K2ROM). Changing the variable to an int32 solves the problem.
😉 , thank you!! We will keep that in mind for future update/release on the SQL User Manager.
I am currently, working on a project that will use K2 for workflow. The company is still on an NT doamin (Active directory is not an option)

So far obtaining any information about SQL User Manager have been extremely difficult.

Please HELP!

Any feed back regarding documentations and postive and or negative experience inplmenting SQL User Manager would be greatly appreciated.

K2 support please note...the download page at the k2 portal do not have the SQL User Manager components.

The portal does have the SQL User Manager (including source) available for download, as well as documentation.

Try http://portal.k2workflow.com/downloads/additional.aspx.

From the home page, you can get to it from "Downloads", "Additional Components".

Please refrain from posting the same message in multiple threads. If you need help in obtaining the software, contact your regional SourceCode office, or alternatively log a support request using the Portal.
