I just downloaded the demo version of Blackpoint [K2 blackpoint 0902 (4.9040.2.0)], but I am having a problem getting it installed on my server. It seems others are having a similar problem?  I get the following error when I try launching Setup.

My single server configuration is running within a Workgroup and not a Domain. Could this be the problem?  Any thoughts?
