I would need to know the availability of a smooth procedure to migrate from K2 BlackPoint to K2 BlackPearl while keeping the proceses as is and all the related data.
It is very critical since we are sealing with a client who has extremely critical information and would need to be garenteed about a smooth migration.

The K2 blackpearl installation package will do an inplace upgrade of blackpoint. Details are in the documentation here:

Yes, that is correct. That is part of the K2 Customer and Partner Portal, which requires credentials to access.

If we upgrade the blackpoint to blackperl, will it effect the old workflows??
An upgrade should not alter or affect any old workflows.
