My client owns K2 Black Pearl workflow software and has requested the assistance of a consultant to create the design and architecture using K2 Black Pearl to automate its AP processes. The new system will:
· greatly improve operational efficiency
· automate processes
· centralize accounting functions
· assist with internal control processes
· reduce the amount of physical storage required
Consultant will create a design and architecture for the new AP system as well as a scope of work for remaining phases. The new system will use K2 Black Pearl, in addition to the Vision system, to scan, initiate, implement, and automate AP workflow processes.
Start Date – ASAP
Duration - initial phase is 2 weeks of an assessment (the construction phase would follow on immediately) 2 weeks to start and then reassess contract when plan is in place.
Pay: negotiable (I am willing to discuss what it would take to get you to Denver for the project and cover those costs)
