Auto complete control, validation is incorrect when the field is correct
Diagnoses
Auto complete control validation says error but the field appear to be correct.
Steps:
1. Type some data to start the auto complete look up.
2. Select any lookup item and add an extra character. This will trigger validation error.
3. Remove the data and type the same data and select the same lookup item. You see that the data item is correct but validation is still error.
