Authorization issues when connecting to Microsoft Dynamic CRM 4.0
Diagnoses
We have a form that uses the CRM 4.0 integration to interrogate the contact being worked on. The form begins to render but then gets a 401 auth error which appears to come from CRM. The K2 service account has a corresponding CRM user account which is in the system administrator role so there should be no access restrictions.
Resolution
We cleared up the connection issues by running blackpearl setup (config) modifying the CRM service broker with the correct URL and updating the environmental libraries with the correct URL's. Testing the CRM application and it is now authenticating and pulling back the correct information.
