Authorization Issue with K2 App O365
 

Diagnoses


The below error is shown when trying to view a form on SP page:

AADSTS90093: This application requires application permissions to another application. Consent for application permissions can only be performed by an administrator. Sign out and sign in as an administrator or contact one of your organization's administrators.

This error is usually surfaced when there is an issue with the OAuth token.

 

Resolution

When you see this error AADSTS90093 during the opening the K2 form or any K2 components on SharePoint Online. This means that K2 app is not trusted and you have to re-trust this app. Go to K2 Management -> OAuth -> Tokens and delete the old authorisation tokens. After that you have run registration wizard and during this process you create new app OAuth token and the issue disappear.
