Associate a nintex workflow to custom list?

I have a nintex form created and associated with a custom list.

How I can create and associate a NINTEX workflow to this list.

I created the nintex workflow but there is no way to associate it to a list.

how did you create your workflow?

when viewing your list, you should have available "List" ribbon and there "Workflow Settings" button.

one of the options behind the button is to create a workflow. that way your workflow is bound to the list
