My name is Nader Ghobadi and I'm the techical lead for the FAA's Knowledge Services Network. We had purchased a copy of the K2 Server and its supporting software months back. I believe that our contact her at the FAA that is registered with you is Ron Simmons.
We have lost our serial #/ activation code. We are at a point where we are re-installating the server and client applications and not only need the key, but also permission to login to download the latesetversions of the software.
I have created a login to you forum site by the user name nghobadi. Can I use this login to download the software and also receive the activiation key.

the forum account is independent of the SourceCode Portal, and therefore cannot be used to access the Portal. I have verified that both Ron and yourself were issued Portal accounts.
