Diagnoses

We are created a Role for a particular K2 studio workflow, and added some users s of same domain and another domain9claims)] into the Role.
We are trying to assign a task to a Role in a K2 studio workflow, but the users in the Role are not getting the assigned task in their work list even though there were no error reported.
 

Resolution

The issue resolved after refreshing the K2 identity service.
K2 Identity Cache refreshes every 8 hours for K2 role.
