Diagnoses

There is an error that is occurring on a form. We were troubleshooting this form for another reason and when we chose to regenerate all forms, views and smartobjects the following error displayed itself: "Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index".
 

Resolution

After some research it was found that one approach to solving the issue is to simply click the okay button on the warning and test the form. After doing this it was found that this did work and the form was able to be used without issue.
