Can an Appit application be built against an individual profile page on the "My Site" site collection to leverage access to SharePoint User Profile properties?
 

Diagnoses

The "My Site" collection has a different architecture from site collections created by the user through the SharePoint admin page. Specifically, individual user profile pages are not stored in any list/library, and as such there is no starting/reference point to build a K2 application.
 

Resolution

The current version of Appit (v 1.3) does not support appifying SharePoint user profile pages in the "My Site" site collection.
