Symptoms
Some of process instances stay in K2 database after archiving.
Diagnoses
The processes that remain have a completed or deleted date outside of the time frame selected, however the start date is within the time frame.
Resolution
The Archiving process only archives instances that have a finish date or delete date within the time frame selected. It does not take the Start Date into account.
