Symptoms
How do I access to workflow for the Application Accelerators to change them. In particular I need to make changes to the Change Management Application Accelerator workflow.
Diagnoses
The issue was caused by the account used to deploy the package is different than the account that trying to modify the workflow.
Resolution
To be able to modify the workflow, you will need to log in to Designer with the account that deploy the package then share the process to the account that you would like to share the process with.
