Appit treats test user account as another account
 

Diagnoses


For Appit-enabled lists, when I create/modify items with my test user (using InPrivate/Incognito mode), Appit associates items that have been created/changed with a different account (my account). For non Appit(ified) lists, the correct account is shown. This makes it difficult for me to test. Is it possible to remove the test user on the back end?

I've tried clearing my cache (in IE and Chrome) to no avail.
 

Resolution

The issue that was occurring in this instance was that the user token for a test account for unknown reasons tied itself to the customers own account. We went to K2 Management > Authentication > OAuth > Tokens and found the user token in question. I had the customer delete the test users token, logged in as that user, and had him rerun the Form as that user. The users token in this case was recreated and this solved the issue.
