Symptoms
Appit components can sometimes become unresponsive or do not load.The Appit components on the site do not load and just shows the "working on it" spinner.
Diagnoses
This problem can often be due to the fact that the registration wizard needs to be run on the on environment in question because the Auth token expires after a certain amount of time.
Resolution
re-running the Appit registration wizard on your environment should resolve the issue. Email notifications regarding the Auth tokens will be sent to the email address you registered Appit with during your Onboarding. Please check this email account periodically so that the token can be refreshed.
