I have a document library that need to have audit quality of once a document is upload it cannot be deleted by users.

Because user may need to reload the same document (and same name), upto 3 or 4 times, to get around the dup over-ride I had an OOTB SPD workflow rename the file when it was uploaded to:

File Name_ID#_Data_Date of Upload - the ID# is trucated to the last 3 digits in the ID# this give every file a unique name. Data is a Dept. Files look something like:

Uploaded as: FA239049.pdf

FA239049_453_FIN_10-28-2016.pdf

Actual ID# 10453, FIN is Financial Dept

Is there an article that can show me how to do this? Or can someone direct me to the resources that I can build this workflow out in K2 BP
