Symptoms

App Activation - when clicking the Activate button it redirects to empty page and nothing happens
 

Diagnoses

This happens when the K2 Account doesn't have Site Collection Admin rights on that site. K2 should enhance this and warn / Error stating that access was denied and you need Site collection admin rights.

 

Resolution

logged a product bug for this, instead of just an empty screen sitting there rather surface an error stating that the account doesn’t have the needed rights on the target site.
