Symptoms
On the Android version of K2 Mobile app, clicking on hyperlink in form does nothing. On the iOS version of the app, clicking on the hyperlink will redirect the page to the URL in the hyperlink.

This issue has been logged as a bug. If you are just trying to use the hyperlink to navigate to another smartform, as a workaround, you can consider using a button to replace the hyperlink, then add a rule to navigate to another form when the button is clicked.
