Symptoms


Unable to attach if the "back" button was pressed on the initial attachment.
 

Diagnoses


Only observed on the K2 mobile app. Using the native browser works normally.
 

Resolution

This has been logged as a bug. Which version, if any, this will be included addressed in has not been determined at this time. Product Management makes these decisions based on criticality, customer demand, and other factors.
