Symptoms


We are now experiencing an issue with K2 for Visual Studio and SmartForms Integration where we get an error like the following:
"An exception occurred. Exception: An Item with the same key has already been added"

Please help us resolve this.

The eventual outcome of this exercise is to finish our package and deployment process from one environment to the other.

 

Diagnoses


There is a coldfix available
 

Resolution

The customer was able to resolve this issue by installing the coldfix from KB001708 - http://help.k2.com/KB001708

Please note that there is an updated 4.6.10 installer, it has been re-released on the Portal Downloads page, and now carries the version 2 at the end, ie. xx.xx.xx.2
