Symptoms

The following error occurs when trying to create a deployment package with K2 App:
"The following location might be invalid. Continue to "/File.ashx?_SOID=371B5438-2CEB-4434-A475-4B62ECB00171andSessionName=K2AppTest_K2TestLibraryand_ReturnProperty=FileContentand_controlType=file"?"

After you click on the Yes-button, the following error is shown:
"401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied."
 

Diagnoses

This usually happens when SmartForms Runtime SSL is either missing or not set as default.
 

Resolution

One of the methods of resolving this issue is to set SmartForms Runtime SSL environment library field as default.
