In the attached image, you can see that I have a Flexi Task called 'PO Team' which has no branches.

When actioned, the approver can input a message into the 'comment' box, which is then send to the initiator in the 'Send Notification' action. This acts as a question feature.

This flexi task is actually assigned to several people, however once the first person asks a question, the feature becomes disabled and the other people assigned to the flexi task cannot ask any more.

Is there a way around this?
