Unfortunately, there is no easy way to find every use of a Data Field in a workflow/process. The only way to find them would be to manually go through each step and look for where it is referenced. Please keep in mind, that if the workflow is smartForms integrated, the Data Fields could also be called from one of the forms.

Technically you can open the krpx file with a text editor and do a search for the datafield name.

You will have to navigate up and down from the location where the name is found to determine the Activity/Event name, as the XML structure is quite deep, but it will give you a pretty good idea where the value is used.
