After upgradeing to 4.7, designer won't work
Diagnoses
After upgrading your engine from 4.6.11 to 4.7, the designer does not work.
You get the following error stating:
"Array cannot be null"
Resolution
This issue can be resolved by running a repair of both K2 Blackpearl and Smartforms from the installation media. It could be the case here that there were corrupted dlls during the upgrade from 4.6.11 to 4.7 which the repair tool has replaced or repaired.
