I am currently working with Nintex Workflow on SharePoint 2013. I am trying to build a custom list and add a hyperlink. For some reason when I click > Insert > Insert Hyperlink, the page to add the link does not pop up. I watched the video that is on here, but again when I try to click "add hyperlink" nothing pops up. Is there something I am doing wrong? Can anyone help.

I have tried another browser and its still not working. How can I check if the popups are blocked. This program is new for me, I have tried to research how to fix the problem, but I haven't found any videos that help. Thank you so much for your response.
What kind of browser(s) are you using? Usually, when you look at the top right of your browser, it tells you whether a pop-up is blocked or not.
