Symptoms

I assign destinations to the AD group name K2workflowusers group and I add more users in that group after one week. I test with new users but it didn't work and I tested it again after 2 days. How long after AD will update with K2? I verified on AD user and on K2 workspace for adding new member but it didn't show task.
 

Diagnoses

The issue was related to the K2 cache holding on to old data.
 

Resolution

Issue was resolved by expiring the K2 cache for the service account and its AD group and re-caching both user/group via the correct smartobject.
