We are using Exchange 2013 and Outlook 2013. Not sure why I would get this error message.

A few questions for you:
- Which version of Exchange 2013 are you running, is it SP1? CU3, we're on version 15.775.38
- What is the exact wording of the error message? This app won't work with your version of ExchangeBy clicking Add you agree to the terms and conditions and privacy statement and acknowledge the app’s requirements.
- At what point in the process did you receive the error, at installation or login? When trying to click on the Add button, its greyed out (so to speak)
It does not work in either application Desktop or OWA.
