Hi,

 

I have a AD User lookup on a form which we use to bring back the details of individual AD Users, however i've been told that it gives an error "Cannot resolve user:"

 

I want to retrieve the details even if the account is disabled, so why is the lookup failing?

As soon as that error "User cannot be resolved" appears, it stops the rule right there. Is there a way of continuing the rule if that error occurs?
