Symptoms

When authenticating users, if one server in AD is not operational (it throws an error) instead of doing a round robin on the rest of the available servers.
“An error occurred trying to authenticate the user”
This should be using a domain name however, LDAP:///DC=,DC=,DC=,DC=, since it currently querying the root for available servers.

 

Diagnoses

This issue has been identified as a known issue. The issue has been fixed in 4.6.10.
