i want to use a Sharepoint-List to manage my Approver-Destination

The problem is, i want other People to manage this, as they have no access to Active Directory they write the hole Name and Email in this list, K2 sends the Worklist-Item to the hole name, and this name does not exist because the namelength is >20. How do you solve this problem?
