Hi


When applying the out of office to user A who delegates them to user B; the actions for the activity doesnt appear for both. What went wrong?

When you set the out of office rule on workspace you are able to choose who you want your items to be forwarded to, and also set exception rules. Remember to check the out of office checkbox to enable the rules to apply. I've also attached a document for you the covers OOF, known issues, deploying processes to get OOF fuctionality and other relevant information that you can use.
