I found a solution on this forum that allows me to action a K2 workflow (through Sharepoint) when and email is sent . My question is :
Is it possible to initiate a this workflow only if the email has a specific Subject ?

This is possible to do but you are goign to have to write your own start rule to acheive it. K2's remote mentoring would be the way to go to help with that.
